Spent the day:
- Replying text messages almost constantly about the earthquake in NZ
- Reassuring people again and again that my familiy are fine in NZ (being 760km away from the epicentre)
- Did an impromptu lesson about the earthquake (even had to hand draw a map of NZ)
- Answering questions as diverse as the earthquake’s magnitude to whether Christchurch is going to rebuild the collapsed heritage buildings (may I refer your query to the mayor)
